With power on: Do not disconnect the power to the main unit and water pump; ensure they operate in tandem. If they cannot operate in tandem, keep the water pump running.
Without power: Drain all water from the system to prevent excessively low temperatures that could damage the main unit and piping.
Please note: The main unit has a freeze protection function; it maintains the water temperature above 0°C while powered on, preventing damage from freezing.
For long-term shutdowns, drain all water from the pipes and the integrated swimming pool dehumidifying heat pump and combined air conditioner. Keep the drain valve in the water chamber open during shutdown to prevent the main unit's piping from freezing in winter.
For temporary shutdowns, do not disconnect power to the main unit and water pump. Ensure the main unit and water pump operate normally. In areas below 0℃, be sure to take measures to prevent the water circuit from freezing naturally (draining, running the water circulation pump, heating the heater, or adding antifreeze, etc.) to prevent the piping from freezing.
Note: If the ambient temperature is <3℃, the water in the integrated pool water heat recovery circuit must be drained. If the auxiliary hot water coil heat exchanger is not in use, the internal water must also be drained.
