Air Handling Unit (AHU) provides design flexibility that balances performance and economy without compromising quality, which has a different set of needs including, but not limited to, fresh air intake, humidity control, heating, filtration, and energy recovery. In general, an air handling unit will use a mixture of outside air and recirculated air from the building to filter, cool, and heat. Energy recovery devices are used to transfer heat or moisture from exhausted air to supply air, or vice versa. This helps to reduce energy usage while providing fresh air to the building.

Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) supplies continuous fresh air from outside in the house. The core of the heat recovery is transfering a portion of heat in the stale air being exhausted to the fresh incoming air from outside before being distributed throughout the house. The result is a continuous supply of fresh air, without unpleasant drafts, and increased comfort for the building occupants.

Water Cooled Condensation Units are designed for a wide range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration applications. Blueway can provide flexible product design, since they can be combined with a wide variety of coils or chillers to provide a cooling system that closely matches actual load requirements. Easily installed, the units require only simple external piping and wiring, and occupy little floor space.
